The New York State Science Exam for 8th graders takes place on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021. Parents must complete Google Form if they wish for their child to take the exam. Scholars will be taking their final i-Ready Diagnostic Test for the 2020-2021 school year. ELA i-Ready Diagnostic takes place on Tuesday, May 25th and Math i-Ready Diagnostic takes place on Wednesday, Nay 26th, 2021 from 8:30 AM-10:30 AM.

We will be having a virtual town hall to discuss the closing out of the 2020 - 21 school year: final report card grades, the Summer Rising program, 8th Grade graduation, and our final i-Ready assessments. All students who have opted in to take the NYS Math Exam must be at the school building tomorrow May 5, 2021 at 8:30 AM. This is only for students whose parents chose for their children take the NYS math test. All other students will continue with their regular school day.

All 8th graders will take their graduation picture to be included in the yearbook and virtual graduation ceremony. Parents may prepay online if they wish to order picture package. Click "Read full story" for more details.

The New York State English Language Arts (NYS ELA) Examination will be administered on Wednesday, April 21st. All students who will be taking the test must report to the school building no later than 8:30 AM. Only Book One will be administered this year. The make-up dates for testing are April 22nd-April 29th.

CEC12 will be hosting a District 12 Virtual Town Hall Event with Chancellor Meisha Porter on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
