Hello all MS 129 Families!

I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Every year, all parents, teachers, and students in grades 6-12 take the NYC School Survey. The survey helps school leaders understand what key members of their school community think about the learning environment at their school. The information captured by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make the school a better place to learn. Please take this very important survey to make your voice heard and to help us improve our school. 

Directions to take the survey:

Families should enter “f” followed by their child’s nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) Number to access the survey. Note that “f” must be lowercase. Families can find their child’s Student Identification Number on their report card, student ID card, or New York City Schools Account (NYCSA). If you do not have access to your child's OSIS number, please call the school at 718-933-5976 or email our parent coordinator, Ms. Bennet at [email protected] so that we can provide you with it.
